Eco Premium djembe
The Eco Premium djembe combines lightness with a high-end finish. It is designed for percussionists looking for a superior-quality traditional djembe that is easier to carry and transport. Its shell is made exclusively of Gmelina, a medium-hard West African wood whose moderate density makes the djembe 2 to 4 kg lighter than one with a hardwood shell. Each shell is selected for the appearance of its wood, its shape and its ideally proportioned dimensions, then precisely carved and smoothed. It is then assembled with high-quality rope by experienced craftsmen. The Eco Premium djembe can be fitted with any type of natural djembe skin: goat skin, thin bovine skin (calf, antelope) or thin equine skin (donkey, horse, mule), cervid skin (deer, elk).
