The transportation of your package
Packages are generally delivered within 72 hours*.
Standard shipping is by registered Colissimo. We will send you as soon as possible a link which allows you to follow in real time the delivery of your package.
Shipping and handling fees include the packing & wrapping, the labor involved and the postal fees charged. They are calculated per the weight of your order and its packing which may vary between 1-5 kg depending on the kind and quantity of items.
We recommend grouping your purchases into a single order, because we are unable to combine separate orders (in which case you would have to pay shipping fees for each order).
Your package is insured against loss, spoilage, theft and deterioration. Packages containing fragile items are very carefully packed.
To reduce our environmental impact, we do not send paper invoices. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email with an attached invoice in the form of a .pdf file.
In order to calculate the shipping costs for your orders, you must select the items you want and the country of destination. Costs are calculated by weight and delivery address.

If your package weighs more than 30 kg (66 lbs), shipping fees will be calculated with a simple equation with a base of 30 kg: thus, for example, a package weighing 64 kg will be shipped at the rate of 2 packages weighing 30 kg and 1 weighing 4 kg.

Delivery schedules
The delivery schedule varies according to the zone including the country of destination for your package:
- United-Kingdom: 72 hrs (3 business days)
