Le djembé Guinée Top est destiné aux djembefola qui apprécie d’excellentes performances sonores, un design accompli et un son au timbre plus doux que celui d’un djembé monté de façon classique.
Placé au minimum 4 ans en étuve pour être séché, le fût de ce djembé fait preuve d’une très grande stabilité dans le temps. Creusé et poncé avec le plus grand soin, le djembé Guinée Top est d’un rapport poids/puissance imbattable !
Chaque djembé Guinée Top est conçu dans la plus pure tradition des forgerons guinéens qui utilisent savoir-faire et matériaux ancestraux.
Rééquilibrés à l’aide d’un tour à bois spécialement adapté, ces fûts sont ensuite progressivement polis par ponçages successifs à l’aide de papiers de verre de plus en plus fins. Leurs éventuelles micro-fissures sont chanfreinées et collées avec précision avant le montage de l’instrument.
Ils sont également enduits d’un mélange à base de cire d’abeilles et de terpines en vue de protéger leur bois des attaques de xylophages.

Couldn’t ask for more! The sound of this special Lenke wood ! goatskin, Guinean. Djembe is all that I hoped it would be and more. Perfectly tuned. The most authentic sound, resonance and vibe. Beautiful carving. Goat hair folded over the rings. Rubber tyre on the foot.
