Suitable for all types of drum, particularly dunun drums. The depilatory treatment makes these skins less elastic than shaved skins. When mounted on a djembe with a lever or winch: in our experience, the breakage rate is around 30% when the skin tension is very high.

    Very cheap but the quality is random. Some skins are nice and smooth, some not even thickness and harsh surface also with hair aftercuts. You get what you pay.

    Skins are very good. But thickness is not even(one side thicker and one side thinner)
    Horse hide is harder and thicker than donkey and mule..

    Good quality generally.
