Suitable for all types of drum. When mounted on a djembe with a lever or winch: in our experience, the breakage rate is around 30% when the skin tension is very high.

We suggest using these skins for heading a djembe or a drum with a quality animal skin with a thickness less than 1 mm.

It is equally important to choose a thick shell, with a high quality dry wood to mount this type of skin. Indeed, the risk of deformation is higher when using very very thick goat skins or cowhides.
